Sunil Kannath
Founder Director & CEO
Sunil Kannath is a talented, ingenious entrepreneur and corporate professional with outstanding and exceptional skills in communication and marketing.
He has nearly three decades of cross-functional experience in various corporate domains, working as Project / Marketing Consultant for setting up business for reputed groups in Finance, Textiles, Advertising, Education and other service industries. He worked as Regional Head for Sales & Marketing at a major corporate. Later he built an Event Management & Marketing company.
He is at present the Managing Director of Thirdwave HR & Networks (P) Ltd since its establishment. He is also the Director & CEO of Thirdwave Overseas Education, the Managing Trustee of Thirdwave HR Foundation (Trust), the Managing Partner of Thirdwave HR Solutions, the Managing Partner of Thirdwave Marketing & the Managing Partner of Edu Venture Associates.
He is also functioning as the Bureau Chief for India Un Bound (Publication), the International Director - Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), the Executive Committee Member APJ Abdul Kalam Foundation, Kerala, Secretary Human Rights Foundations, Kerala Region (NGO) and a MPHF Member of Rotary Club.

In her role as Corporate Communications Director at Thirdwave HR & Networks, Ms Smitha Kannath is a strategist cum implementer, skilled in Strategic Planning, Business Development, HR Management, Networking, Fund Management, and Brand Promotion.
With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, she is also certified in Sales & Marketing, and Computing as well. Smitha is an effective communicator with excellent networking and interpersonal skills, which has been the cornerstone of Thirdwave’s success in maintaining a healthy rapport with clients.
Director of Thirdwave Overseas Education, Smitha Kannath has been a dynamic leader in spearheading marketing and business development initiatives to establish Thirdwave as a one-stop solution provider for students planning to study abroad.

Executive Director of Thirdwave HR & Networks (P) Ltd and Director of Strategic Planning at Thirdwave Overseas Education, Dr. Vinay Kumar is a force to reckon with in the PR & Branding industry.
He brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and four decades of experience that has been instrumental in setting up Thirdwave as an Overseas Education Consultancy. Planning the framework from the ground up, instituting new systems and processes, analysing market research and formulating effective strategies to ensure sustainability and growth has been Vinay Kumar’s invaluable contribution to Thirdwave’s success.
The prestigious posts he holds stand testament to his credibility in the industry. National President of the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI); Chairman of Indo International Industrial Promotion Council; National Director of Media & Communication, Innovative Superclusters Development Council (ISDC); Director, World Communicators’ Council (WCC); and Trustee, Pepper Creative Awards Trust, are among the many responsibilities in his vast portfolio.
