Thirdwave HR and Networks is a professionally managed organization led by a team of experienced and talented professionals with a strong presence in PAN India.

Thirdwave HR and Networks organizes induction programmes for new business partners and their staff. It undertakes counsellor training for recruitment teams at the Head Office. It hosts sales and marketing training sessions periodically. Thirdwave HR and Networks also conducts on-going training with changing market.

The company is supported by a sound HR team and offers staff recruitment assistance to the franchise.

Franchise Eligibility

  • Those who are already into similar profession will be given preference subject to their relevant experience.
  • Added advantage if you carry impressive business track record.
  • Proven management capabilities and exceptional business traits.
  • Demonstrating sound financial resources, well-furnished office with amenities.
  • Good communication skills and command over English.
  • Applicants should be well experienced in HR firms
  • The individual should possess the ability to mobilize resources tHrough internal and external means. He/ she should have the capability to personally invest
  • Around 50-60 percent of the total project cost.
  • Will provide leads generated tHRough website and other digital media. Enquiries generated tHRough various channels will be passed on to the franchisee.
  • Individual must possess 1-3 years of experience at managerial level.
  • Be self-employed in business.
  • Willingness to share vision and values of Thirdwave HR and networks in the field of HR and networks
  • Commitment to devote full-time attention to the venture, and to source professional help in running the venture.
  • Should possess a drive to excel in business and essential entrepreneur skills
  • The candidate should have complete knowledge about the regional market.
  • Team lead should be 100 % HR
  • Each team can have 4-5 recruiters.
  • Each recruiter can be MBA freshers in HR or with experience in HR firm

Franchise Location

  • Should have minimum 400-500 square feet office area and Office premises should be accessible to the public
  • The individual should possess the ability to mobilize resources through internal and external means.
  • Any preferable location or commercial flat less than 500 sq ft

The franchisee appointment will be selectively granted to prospects who match the following requirements.

Franchise Financials

Initial Set Up Cost Term of the INR 2,00,000 to 2.5,0,000 + GST
Thirdwave will give the clients, software support, login support, trainings and yearly subscription of the database at a subsidised rate.
Thirdwave HR and Networks will provide 60% of revenue share to the Franchisee.
*Taxes applicable to all fares and amounts

How to Apply

Download and fill HR and Networks Franchise Application form. Fill the Application Form with all the details.

Post receipt of the form, it will be reviewed by the Franchise department followed by a telephonic conversation between a Thirdwave HR and Networks representative and you. This will help us understand your suitability as a Thirdwave HR and Networks Business Partner and an appointment will be set for online presentation to show you our Search Engine and Brochure Management Software.

A face-to-face meeting shall take place between you and Thirdwave HR and Networks representative. This is the most important part of this process. You will be given a detailed introduction about the company during which the franchising opportunity will be discussed at length. Complete Project report along with the investments and resources required will be discussed. Questions you may have about franchise operations would also be addressed during this meeting.

Once you feel confident to join Thirdwave HR and Networks team, you will need to provide a business plan for evaluation. This is to understand your ability as a business partner and also to earmark business areas that need attention. Final approval shall be granted by the Head Office following which you will sign a memorandum of understanding MOU.

After the final approval, you will be required to search for 2-3 location options for a Thirdwave HR and Networks franchise as per the criteria stated. Once the locations are decided, Thirdwave Representative will visit the finalized location and would help you in designing the office and will provide you the poster in soft copy.

Post the site approval, you will be required to sign the franchise agreement within two weeks of the approval date along with the payment of franchise fee.
